Angie Wells is a Registered Massage Therapist that graduated with honours from the Canadian Therapeutic College in 2009.
Her interest in sport, body mechanics and natural healing lead to a career in Massage Therapy.
She provides a therapeutic massage with a blend of Swedish massage techniques, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques and stretching. Specialized treatment such as sport therapy, pregnancy massage (with a proper “Preggo Pillow” table-top),manual lymph drainage, and K-Taping are also available.
Angie believes Massage Therapy is an integral part of health care and has effectively treated a wide range of conditions, including:
tension headaches, neck/shoulder pain, sciatica, strains/sprains, overuse injuries and swelling due to injury/surgery.
What is Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD)?
This is a gentle, rhythmic massage technique that has a profound effect on the lymphatic system.
The detoxification and decongestion effects allow the body to heal and can induce deep relaxation and reduce pain.
