Hi! I’m Dr. Annaleeza Caputi ND and I’m so happy you’re here. 

I’m a naturopathic doctor and women’s health advocate dedicated to helping you achieve the life you deserve.

I believe that you don’t need to feel limited by your health. I’m an ambitious, motivated, busy-bee life lover that wants you to feel that you can tackle life feeling your best. I know what it’s like to feel trapped by your health and hormones, and I want to redefine what your healthcare means to you.

Together we will create a sustainable and unique health and wellness plan to help you achieve your goals. Whether it’s solving period problems, reclaiming control of your hormones, easing the transition into menopause or being preventive with our metabolic health, I help you dig deep, remove obstacles and create change with no quick fixes.

I recently became a first time mom to two beautiful twins and I strive to close the gap for mothers in an underperforming healthcare system and provide the support that all woman deserve through their motherhood journey.

My promise to you will always be to make you feel safe, comfortable, and empowered.

Her clinical practice focuses on

Women’s health and hormones. She has a passionate and special interest in fertility, perinatal, pregnancy, and postpartum care. Her main focus is in educating and empowering women to take control of their healthcare and to make informed, evidence based decisions to meet their goals.

Dr. Annaleeza Caputi ND is a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, and is a member in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO), the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and Canadian Associations of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). 

She is ambitious and passionate about evidence based medicine, and is spending her career investing in continuing education and research in order to provide the best support for her patients.
