Paleo 2-bite Brownies
- 1 cup almond butter (can use PB)
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup or 10-20 drops of liquid stevia
- 1 egg (or use flax egg –> 1 tbsp flax to 3 tbsp water)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup cocao powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- Blend all dry ingredients together and all wet ingredients together in separate bowls.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until fully blended.
- Transfer batter to mini muffin tin and bake at 325 F for 20-25 minutes.
