No Bake Chocolate Macaroons
- 1 banana finely mashed
- ¼ cup coconut oil melted
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- 6 tbsp cocao powder sifted
- 1.5 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp chia or ground flaxseeds
- pinch of sea salt
- Combine ingredients in that order.
- Spoon onto parchment paper and place in freezer for 20 mins or until ready to enjoy!
