Walnut Bread (Grain-free)
- 1 cup of walnut butter (store bought or just blend 1.5 cups chopped walnuts in food processor or Vitamix until smooth)
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2tbsp whole flaxseeds
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp dried herbs (optional) such as thyme, oregano & rosemary
- Add to bread loaf pan greased with coconut oil.
- Bake at 350F in a for 45 minutes.
