Pumpkin Chai Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- ½ cup whole rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened vegan milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- ½ tsp of Aangen Yogi Tea (available at The Root Natural Health Clinic)
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together & refrigerate overnight. Before consuming you may want to thin with a little more vegan milk
