Pumpkin Chai Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup whole rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened vegan milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ tsp of Aangen Yogi Tea (available at The Root Natural Health Clinic)

Directions

Whisk all ingredients together & refrigerate overnight. Before consuming you may want to thin with a little more vegan milk
