Protein Cookies

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp almond or cashew butter
  • 3/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 cup whole rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vegan milk such as almond or oat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a food processor and then stir in 1/4 cup of chopped raw walnuts
  2. Bake at 325F for 10 mins and let cool
