Protein Cookies
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp almond or cashew butter
- 3/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 1 cup whole rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vegan milk such as almond or oat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a food processor and then stir in 1/4 cup of chopped raw walnuts
- Bake at 325F for 10 mins and let cool
