Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • coconut oil
  • 3 sliced shallots
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup ground chicken
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp braggs (soy or coconut aminos)
  • 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
  • grated carrot and/or beets
  • 1 egg (optional)

Toppings:

  • 1/3 cup chopped pistachios or sprinkle sesame seeds
  • bean sprouts
  • chili flakes

Shell: Lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. Sautee garlic, coconut oil, shallots, ginger
  2. After 1 min add chicken, lime juice, braggs (soy or coconut aminos), red cabbage, carrot and/or beets, spring onions, egg (optional)
  3. Add to lettuce leaves shell and toppings of choice.
