Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic
- coconut oil
- 3 sliced shallots
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 cup ground chicken
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp braggs (soy or coconut aminos)
- 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
- grated carrot and/or beets
- 1 egg (optional)
Toppings:
- 1/3 cup chopped pistachios or sprinkle sesame seeds
- bean sprouts
- chili flakes
Shell: Lettuce leaves
Directions
- Sautee garlic, coconut oil, shallots, ginger
- After 1 min add chicken, lime juice, braggs (soy or coconut aminos), red cabbage, carrot and/or beets, spring onions, egg (optional)
- Add to lettuce leaves shell and toppings of choice.
