Kids Smoothies! (Theo’s Favourites)
Ingredients
Kale & Cauli
- few pieces of frozen cauliflower
- handful of kale
- 1/2 tbsp pumpkin seed butter
- 1/3 banana
- 1/2 cup vanilla unsweetened oat or almond milk
- 1/2 tsp hemp seeds/hearts
Sweet Potato – Spinach
- 1/4 cup baked sweet potato
- 1/3 banana
- handful of spinach
- 1/2 – 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 cup vanilla unsweetened oat or almond milk (or more)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender with water.
