Kids Smoothies! (Theo’s Favourites)

Ingredients

Kale & Cauli

  • few pieces of frozen cauliflower
  • handful of kale
  • 1/2 tbsp pumpkin seed butter
  • 1/3 banana
  • 1/2 cup vanilla unsweetened oat or almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp hemp seeds/hearts

Sweet Potato – Spinach

  • 1/4 cup baked sweet potato
  • 1/3 banana
  • handful of spinach
  • 1/2 – 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 cup vanilla unsweetened oat or almond milk (or more)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender with water.
