Cauliflower Rice
Ingredients
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- 1 large head of cauliflower (trimmed and chopped)
- sea salt and pepper
- Option to add Bragg’s and sesame seeds (or anything else you would usually add to fried rice!)
Directions
- Sautee until soft. Add celery and cook for 5 mins.
- In a vitamix or processor pulse cauliflower until the texture of rice.
- Add cauliflower to pan and cook for 15-20mins.
- Season with sea salt and pepper. Option to add Bragg’s and sesame seeds (or anything else you would usually add to fried rice!)
