Hello there! I’m Dr. Stephanie Fairborn, ND, and since 2018 I’ve been honored to be part of The Root Natural Health Clinic, a space where compassion, evidence-based care, and empowerment come together to support lasting health.

My clinical passion lies in women’s health, with a special focus on perimenopause and menopause, helping women navigate these major life transitions with clarity and confidence. I’m licensed to prescribe Menopausal Hormone Therapy (MHT – formally referred to as HRT), allowing me to combine natural approaches with targeted prescription options when needed.

I also work extensively in metabolic health, supporting patients in balancing blood sugar, improving cholesterol, and achieving sustainable weight management. My approach prioritizes evidence-based strategies, addressing interconnected factors such as hormonal health, energy levels, sleep quality, and stress management to create a truly comprehensive health plan

My goal is to meet patients where they are and co-create a health strategy that’s realistic, sustainable, and tailored to your unique needs and goals.

When I’m not supporting patients, you’ll find me chasing after my daughter, enjoying the outdoors, or curled up with a good book.

I look forward to connecting with you and supporting your health journey.
