CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

A Gentle Reset for Your Nervous System

A light-touch therapy that gives your body space to release tension and find its way back to balance

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) may be what your body is craving. A constant, fast-paced, nonstop lifestyle has a cost — it eventually catches up to us mentally, physically and emotionally. CST allows for presence and stillness in our bodies, something we don’t often allow ourselves to feel.

How Craniosacral Therapy Works

CST uses light touch to engage the body — often, it won’t look like the therapist is doing much of anything. That gentle touch gives your body the feedback, focused attention, and space it needs to access its own healing mechanisms, release stored tension, injury, or trauma, and find healthy internal balance.

Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by easing pain and supporting immune health. CST acts as a gentle reset for the body — allowing space to process, adjust, and re-pattern itself into a place of safety, trust, relaxation, and healing.

Benefits of Craniosacral Therapy

CST may help support:

  • Stress reduction — helps the body relax, easing stress and tension for a greater sense of calm
  • Pain management — may offer relief for chronic pain conditions like migraines, tension headaches, jaw pain (TMJ), tinnitus, sinus issues, and fibromyalgia
  • Improved mobility — releases restrictions in the craniosacral system to enhance joint mobility and reduce stiffness
  • Nervous system function — supports communication between the brain and body
  • Emotional release — may help release emotional blockages and promote overall well-being
  • Better sleep — many patients report improved sleep quality and patterns

What to Expect

Craniosacral Therapy with Angie can be combined with massage and Manual Lymph Drainage, or done entirely on its own. On its own, CST can be done fully clothed — one-hour treatments are available.
