Pumpkin Chai Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of nut butter such as almond-cashew
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp Aangen Yogi Tea (available at The Root Natural Health Clinic)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and spoon onto greased cookie sheet
  2. Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes
  3. Enjoy!
