Dr. Stephanie’s Glow-up Smoothie


  • 1/2 cup of frozen or fresh cauliflower
  • 1 cube of frozen or fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup of frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 and avocado or 1/2 cup of frozen avocado
  • 1 scoop of Vegan Based protein powder of choice
  • Add water or coconut water for desired consistency
  • Other great additions include pineapple or natural nut butters for more healthy fats


Combine all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
