Diane graduated McMasters Bachelor of Science Kinesiology program with honours and then went on to become a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, graduating with honours from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition.  She is also a Certified Personal Trainer specializing in Callisthenics.

Diane aspires to inspire others. Her mission is to help others feel good in their bodies and proud of where they are now, as well as their journey. As a nutritionist, her goal is to help others find a healthy and balanced relationship with food as fuel to nourish our bodies. By educating others about the healing powers of food and reminding them of its purpose, her hope is to alleviate any confusion or stress people have regarding food. As a nutritionist and trainer, her goal is to guide you to gain the knowledge and learn the building blocks towards discovering and understanding what your daily doses are. Let us nourish, energize and move our bodies so that we can live our best lives.

Movement, in any shape or form, is one of her daily intentions. As a trainer, her focus is on bodyweight movement. By combining the benefits of callisthenics with strength training, functional movement and yoga, her goal is to help others focus on what their bodies can do as they work towards their fitness goals. Both food and exercise are medicine. When prescribed correctly, catered to the individual, they can have a huge positive impact on our quality of life.
